Richard A. Brooks is a former active duty military police officer who continues to serve as a civilian law enforcement officer and leader today. Richard is also a current licensed private investigator who specializes in insurance fraud and legal investigations to include criminal defense and expert witness testimony. Richard Brooks is a methodical and procedure driven investigative commander with a supreme eye for detail and deep experience in fraud and forensic interviewing, with over 30 years of experiernce in civilian and military law enforcement, and investigations. Richard has over 20 years of insurance fraud ivestigations experience. Richard is skilled in assessing risks, negotiating and making critical decisions under exxtreme pressure. He has served both his country and the local community as a law enforcement officer. Richard has been the President of the Mississippi Professional Investigators Association three times. Currently, he is the Association's Immediate Past President.
