My name is Jeff Palmer, and I am a retired law enforcement officer with approximately 25 years of investigative experience. I have assisted numerous attorneys in Northeast MS with a variety of cases. I have investigated Divorce Cases, Grandparent Visitation Cases, Rape Cases, Fraud Cases, Embezzlement Cases, Background Investigations, Trial Preparation for Controlled Substance Violation Cases in Federal and State Court, Surveillance Cases, and Accident Investigations. I have a close relationship with law enforcement in Northeast MS, and contacts in TN and AL. I have initiated over 2,000 felony cases and supervised over 5,000 felony cases in my law enforcement career. I have attended numerous courses about Interviewing and Interrogation, and I feel that it is one of my strong points as an investigator.I have been a Safety Director in the trucking industry for the past five years. I hold certifications from the North American Transportation Management Institute in Director of Safety, Safety Supervisor, Managing Motor Fleet Safety Programs, and Motor Fleet Safety Basics.I have worked with insurance companies, drivers, and individuals about accidents. I can be a tremendous asset in any case related to commercial motor vehicle accidents, based on my knowledge and experience investigating and interviewing individuals. I know what questions must be asked to CMV Drivers and law enforcement personnel. I have written policies and procedures for accidents. I know how to verify if policies and procedures were followed in post-accident drug testing, hiring practices, and all aspects of the industry. I know where to look at the safety measures they have in place regarding speeding, following too close, camera usage, and discipline for unsafe drivers.I have purchased surveillance equipment, including GPS Tracker, fixed video surveillance, and long-range video equipment.
