Accidental Death
Accidental death usually implies an outcome which may have been avoided or prevented had circumstances leading up to the accident been recognized, and acted upon, prior to its occurrence. These types of investigations are usually conducted in order to discover if there is enough or any evidence in order to file a civil lawsuit against a party who may have been negligient in some manner to contribute to ones accidental death.
